One

I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

Two

I am not my body, my brain, my thoughts, or my emotions. I am merely experiencing this human journey through those things.

Three

The past is not real. In truth, there is only the present moment. Because of this, there is no me from the past to judge, criticize, or find fault with. And so, I choose to let go.

Four

In this human experience I am playing a temporary role, and it is my privilege and honor to choose each moment what that role shall be. There are no limitations on what my role can be, and I am free to change my role as often as I want.

Five

As a spiritual being, I am infinitely loving and kind, and I have unlimited power and resources available to me on my human journey.

Six

My purpose on Earth is to use my power to create a new reality that is based upon love, truth, connection, and abundance.

Seven

There are no rules about how I do this. My human journey of discovery is a work in progress, and I make my own rules as I go. It is my right and responsibility to decide what is right for me as I do so. No one else can do this for me.
